These units have passed both cosmetic standards as well as functional standards by Apple, however some devices ‘may’ have minor marks from use

You’re welcome Ryan. When I first heard about this refreshed Iphone 4, I wasn’t too sure about it. But when I looked at the prices, I felt I just had to let People know about it. Its good to get a positive response about the phone. I think some People are confused as to wether They are getting a new iphone or a refreshed one. We have only had one negative response for the refreshed iphone 4. But the Customer was not dissapointed. He sent it back & got another one straight away. You are protected by the distance selling rules when you make a purchase online. As long as you return the phone in the same condition with all the packaging intact, you can return it. But in general, we get a very positive response for the refreshed iphone 4.
This is what I got today. A plain white box with 3 on it. An iphone 4 refreshed. There is no way this is a used phone. I just wanted to thank you for the information on this website, everything you say is very accurate. The phone looks great.

I was tidying this page up a while back, and managed to lose a lot of the comments. All very positive by the way!
Took delivery of my refreshed iphone 4 today, as mentioned earlier came in a white box with 3 on it. Amazing condition that’s all I can say, you cannot tell the difference between it and a brand new one. Not a single mark on it, absolutely mint condition.
A big thank you to Martin for all the information, with this deal you can’t lose out. If I had the money I would more of them.

I heard somewhere, that the refreshed is actually better than a new phone. They reckon all the glitches have been removed from them!
Just a quick comment regarding price. If you read the comments above you would have seen £35. It has been reduced to £30 for a limited period, for the duration of your contract!
I’m an idiot. I got a refurbished iphone delivered yesterday and it just looks old. Why didn’t I look for this information before I ordered it.
I’m going to see if I can send it back and change it for a refrshed iphone

I bought an iPhone 4 refreshed. No problem till the lock button became depressed and stopped working. Was advised to take it Apple shop as it was within it’s warranty. 6 weeks left. At the Apple shop it was discovered it was still registered to the previous owner!! The warranty had ended even though I did not purchase it till 6 weeks later. Supposed to have 12 months warranty but due to details not being ‘refreshed’ I have been left with a phone Apple won’t touch as it’s out of warranty. Too complicated for 3 to change these details so have now agreed to replace. No 16GB available so have upgraded to 32GB free of charge! This new one is not refreshed as it has completely put me off!!! I hadn’t realised what refreshed had meant until this experience.. Wish I had found your blog earlier!
Sounds as though 3 have done the right thing by you. This is the second issue, I have been made aware of. But 3 have done the right thing and replaced the phone on both occasions
