complaint formOFGEM have set down a set of rules for the way energy suppliers must report their complaints. To give a fair balance, these figures are based on complaints per 100,000 customers for each supplier

Suppliers are required to publish domestic complaints data on their websites on a quarterly basis. They must also publish their top 5 reasons for complaints and the measures they are taking to improve how they handle customer complaints.

The six largest suppliers have published quarterly domestic complaints data since 1 October 2012, and most smaller suppliers have done so from 1 April 2013.

    Have been with Extra Energy for 11 months Worst Energy supplier I have
    ever encountered Customer service is abysmal please do not join this company.

    We left nearly 6 months ago and have a balance in credit of nearly £1000. Still trying to get them to refund us. Avoid Extraenergy at all costs!

    I have tried to get my refund for 7 months I have rung EE 12 times and sent about 20 emails and every time they promise to rectify my situation.
    I left them on May 3rd 2015 and I am still not able to get a refund or a sensible answer. NEVER in my life have I encountered such bad customer service. It’s impossible to put how I feel into words. VERY VERY VERY bad incompetent liars.

    I moved to Extra Energy some time ago. It was the worst move ever.
    The customer service is shocking. I have sent over 20 e-mails which have been acknowledged automatically but never responded to. This may be because the last few said I had changed my mind about using them.!
    Unfortunately I had signed the contract but needless to say will be switching again in 12 months time. Definitely avoid this company.

    economy-energy has sent key and card without my consent, we just discussed the price, the few day later I got the key and the card
