Future Energy (Supply) Limited were granted their licence to supply gas and electricity to domestic consumers in 2015. Because this is a fairly new supplier, reviews are slow at coming in.

The worst pile of s**t company ever to exist.
Left future energy on the 21st Aug 2017. I have been chasing a final bill since, called every week to be told a series of excuses they always promised to ring back but not once did they fulfil their promise. Today I read that they have gone out of business-which does not surprise me in the least. I am however concerned about the money they owe me!!
Not been with them for 3 months and still waiting on my credit balance and cant get through to anybody to speak too...frustrating!!
Tried ringing loads of time to speak to someone about my contract and never got through. on occasion was on the phone ringing out for 40 mins
Terrible experience I left them on 1st August and still no final bill or refund they also took direct debit payment for three months after switching, many phone calls and emails but just get excuses, as others have said stay well clear.
