The thing about fixed price tariff’s is, they are normally more expensive than standard prices initially. This is why I don’t go for a fixed price myself, unless there are price increases on the way.
I would rather pay a 9% increase instead of 18%. This is why I recommend this tariff just now.
The cheaper fixed price deals will start to disappear as prices increase, which is why you have to act quickly. Otherwise you will lose out.

This is a no standing charge tariff. However, with all no standing charge tariff’s you pay a slightly higher rate for your first 2680 of gas per annum. And for the first 900 kwh electricity.
