Energy price increases

Due to rising wholesale costs, energy prices are set to increase from 1st April 2019. Some of the major suppliers have already announced increases in the region of 10%.

Avoid certain Tariff types

 You will often see cheaper prices for Variable Tariffs. This is the type of Tariff that is best avoided when increases are being announced. There’s nothing more frustrating than switching to a cheaper energy deal only to find out they are going to increase your price soon after switching.
